1. Online Valuation or Visit Store
You can first join our official LINE (@gapple) and send photos and the model of your phone; our customer service will provide a preliminary price range. Once satisfied with the price, please bring your phone and ID to our “Taichung Yizhong Flagship Store,” “Tainan Ximen Store,” or “Kaohsiung Bo’ai Store.” If you wish to visit the “Taichung Sanxian Store,” please make an appointment in advance.
2. 現場專業檢測
門市人員將在您面前進行詳細檢測，項目包含：螢幕顯示（有無烙印/光點）、觸控功能、相機鏡頭、電池健康度、Face ID/Touch ID 以及機身外觀狀況。若有完整盒裝配件，價格會更優。
2. Professional On-Site Inspection
Store staff will perform a detailed inspection in front of you, including: screen display (burn-in/dead pixels), touch function, camera lens, battery health, Face ID/Touch ID, and body condition. If you have the complete box and accessories, the price will be better.
3. 填寫讓渡書與領取現金
價格確認無誤後，雙方簽署合法的買賣讓渡書（需出示身分證核對）。手續完成後，我們會立即以「現金」全額支付。我們同時會協助您將手機恢復原廠設定，確保個資不外洩。
3. Signing Transfer Agreement and Receiving Cash
Once the price is confirmed, both parties sign a legal sales transfer agreement (ID verification required). After the procedure is completed, we will immediately pay the full amount in “cash.” We will also assist you in restoring the phone to factory settings to ensure no personal data is leaked.

Can I sell a phone that is still under installment payments?
Yes. As long as the phone has a legitimate source and belongs to you, we can buy it back even if there are outstanding installments. However, please note that after selling the phone, you are still obligated to continue payments to the bank or telecom company.
沒有盒子和充電器會影響價格嗎？
會有些許影響，但依然可以收購。原廠盒裝與配件（充電線、插頭）代表手機的完整性，通常能增加數百元不等的收購價值。如果遺失了也沒關係，我們主要還是評估手機本身的功能與外觀。
Does missing the box and charger affect the price?
It will have a slight impact, but we can still buy it. The original box and accessories (cable, plug) represent the completeness of the phone and can usually add a few hundred dollars to the buyback value. If lost, it’s okay; we mainly evaluate the function and appearance of the phone itself.
螢幕破裂或無法開機的壞手機收嗎？

Do you buy broken phones with cracked screens or that won’t turn on?
Yes. Green Apple 3C offers recycling services for malfunctioning phones (such as cracked screens, swollen batteries, motherboard failures). We will quote based on the remaining parts value, and we recommend bringing it directly to the store for inspection.
