1. Online Valuation or Store Appointment
You can first join our official LINE (@gapple) for an online consultation, providing your phone model and photos for a preliminary quote. Once satisfied with the price, you can visit any of our direct-operated stores across Taiwan. If you wish to visit the “Taichung Sanxian Store,” please make an appointment in advance.
2. 現場檢測機況
到達門市後，服務人員會依照標準 SOP 檢測手機。項目包括：外觀是否有撞傷掉漆、螢幕顯示與觸控是否正常、相機與各項功能檢測。若您有保留原廠盒子與充電配件，價格會更漂亮。
2. On-Site Condition Inspection
Upon arrival, the staff will inspect the phone according to standard SOPs. Items include: checking for physical damage or paint chips, screen display and touch functionality, and camera and feature testing. If you have kept the original box and charging accessories, the price will be better.
3. 填寫單據與現金付款
雙方確認價格無誤後，填寫買賣讓渡書（需核對身分證），並由專人協助清除手機內的所有資料。手續完成後，我們會立即以「現金」支付全額款項，銀貨兩訖，絕無隱藏費用。
3. Filling Forms and Cash Payment
Once the price is confirmed, fill out the sales transfer agreement (ID verification required), and our staff will assist in erasing all data on the phone. After the procedure is completed, we will immediately pay the full amount in “cash.” The transaction is final with no hidden fees.

We will quote a price after deducting repair costs based on the extent of the damage. We recommend bringing it directly to the store for evaluation.
賣手機一定要帶證件嗎？
是的。為了遵守政府法規並確保二手交易來源合法，交易時務必攜帶「身分證」（駕照或健保卡為輔助）。我們僅影印留存供警政單位查核，絕不外流或挪作他用。
Is ID required to sell a phone?
Yes. To comply with government regulations and ensure the legality of second-hand transactions, you must bring your “ID card” (driver’s license or health insurance card as secondary ID). We only keep a copy for police inspection and will never leak or misuse it.
我的手機還在保固內，價格會比較高嗎？
會的。若您的手機仍在原廠保固期內，收購價格通常會高於過保固的手機。建議您攜帶保固卡或購買發票（若有），這能幫助我們確認保固期限，為您爭取更好的價格。
Will the price be higher if my phone is still under warranty?
Yes. If your phone is still within the original manufacturer’s warranty period, the buyback price is usually higher than that of an out-of-warranty phone. We recommend bringing the warranty card or purchase invoice (if available) to help us verify the warranty period and get you a better price.
