賣手機前必做！3 步驟完整清除 iPhone 資料與解除 iCloud 鎖定

步驟一：備份重要資料 (Backup Data)

一旦執行重置，資料將無法復原。請先確保您的照片與聯絡人已安全轉移。您可以使用 iCloud 雲端備份（設定 > Apple ID > iCloud > iCloud 備份），或連接電腦使用 iTunes/Finder 進行完整備份。這是最基礎但也最容易被遺忘的一步。

Once a reset is performed, the data cannot be recovered. Please ensure your photos and contacts have been safely transferred first. You can use iCloud backup (Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > iCloud Backup), or connect to a computer and use iTunes/Finder for a full backup. This is the most basic but also the most easily forgotten step.

步驟二：登出 iCloud 與尋找我的 iPhone (Sign Out iCloud)

這是最關鍵的一步！如果未登出 iCloud 就重置，手機將會觸發「啟用鎖定 (Activation Lock)」，導致下一位使用者無法啟用手機，這會嚴重影響收購價格甚至導致無法回收。
操作路徑：設定 > 點擊上方您的姓名 > 滑到最下方點擊「登出」 > 輸入 Apple ID 密碼以關閉「尋找我的 iPhone」。

This is the most critical step! If you reset without signing out of iCloud, the phone will trigger “Activation Lock”, causing the next user to be unable to activate the phone, which will seriously affect the buyback price or even make it impossible to recycle.
Operation Path: Settings > Tap your name at the top > Scroll to the bottom and tap “Sign Out” > Enter your Apple ID password to turn off “Find My iPhone”.

步驟三：清除所有內容和設定 (Erase All Content)

完成上述步驟後，即可執行原廠重置。
操作路徑：設定 > 一般 > 移轉或重置 iPhone > 清除所有內容和設定。
系統將會花費數分鐘將手機還原至出廠狀態。對於更進階的用戶，也可以透過電腦進入 DFU 模式 (Device Firmware Update) 進行更深層的刷機重置。

After completing the above steps, you can perform a factory reset.
Operation Path: Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Erase All Content and Settings.
The system will take a few minutes to restore the phone to its factory state. For more advanced users, you can also enter DFU mode (Device Firmware Update) through a computer for a deeper firmware reset.
